Of slender ovoid form, finely worked in silver wire of varying gauge, the body decorated with a pair of standing cranes reserved in white enamel against a deep dark green ground. The cranes are delicately detailed with finely articulated plumage and elongated legs, the composition balanced and restrained. Applied silver mounts to the rim and foot.
Signed Hayashi Kōdenji to the base.
Height: 15 cm.
Condition: Excellent overall condition, with no damage or restoration. A very minor dent to the upper silver rim, barely noticeable.
